primary biliary cirrhosis (100%), autoimmune hepatitis (75%) and chronic liver disease (30%)
Anti-glomerular basement membrane antibody: Goodpasture's Syndrome
Anti-Hu antibody:
Anti-Jo 1 antibody: Dermatomyositis
Anti-liver/kidney microsomal 1 antibody:
Anti-Ku:
Anti-mitochondrial antibody: Primary Biliary Sclerosis
Chronic Active Hepatitis
Anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA):*cANCA: Wegener's granulomatosis (90%), micropolyarterits (30%)
Churg-Strauss syndrome (30%), Polyarteritis nodosa (11%)


*pANCA: microscopic polyangiitis (45%), Churg-Strauss syndrome (60%), anti-GBM disease (30%)
crescenteric glomerulonephritis (65%) and Wegener's granulomatosis (10%)

Antinuclear antibody (ANA): SLE (95%)
Systemic Sclerosis (80%), Sjogren's syndrome (60%), polymyositis or dermatomyositis (30%), Still's disease (30%).
Occasional: autoimmune chronic active hepatitis, primary biliary cirrhosis.


* Anti-p62 antibodies: primary biliary cirrhosis
* Anti-sp100 antibodies: primary biliary cirrhosis
* Anti-glycoprotein210 antibodies: primary biliary cirrhosis
* Anti-ds DNA antibody
* Anti-extractable nuclear antigen antibodies (Anti-ENA antibodies)
** Anti-Ro antibody: SLE, congenital heart block (10-65%), Sjogrens syndrome (30-60%), systemic sclerosis (60%).
** Anti-La antibody: Sjogrens Syndrome

Anti-Scl 70 antibody: Diffuse cutaneous Systemic Sclerosis


* Anti-topoisomerase antibodies: Scleroderma
* Anti-centromere antibodies: Limited Cutaneous (60%) / diffuse Systemic Sclerosis (15%)

Anti-smooth muscle antibody: autoimmune active hepatitis (95%).
Also: primary biliary cirrhosis, primary sclerosing cholangitis, primary pulmonary hypertension.
